This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include eBay, Prime Video, easyJet, smart, ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company.
JOB PURPOSE
We’re on the hunt for a superstar social content creative – someone filled with stand-out creative ideas, first-class cultural insights, and brilliant social trends knowledge. You’ll be a culture-obsessed creative looking to work on an exciting roster of consumer brands, coming up with eye-catching organic social ideas designed to be discovered in the FYP and beyond. Your ideas will connect brands within communities and culture - not just adding to the noise, but building and creating real connections and driving engagement around organic social content. You’ll bring experience from a social role in-house or in an agency and be able to sell your ideas with flair. You’ll be able to demonstrate this with experience including concepting, presenting with confidence, and backing up your ideas with strategic insights, trends, and data. This role requires concepting, social shoots, storyboarding, reactive cultural content, and copywriting, so it goes without saying that you’ll know the latest ‘creator coded’ social trends before anyone else does – and understand how to spin those insights into compelling social-first content for brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver stand-out ideas for organic social (planned and reactive) that connect brands to communities and culture.
- Present your ideas succinctly and with confidence to clients.
- Concept, storyboard, and write copy to bring your creative ideas to life.
- View creative with a strategic mindset pulling in social trends, data, and insights.
- Attend social-first shoots.
- Use data to optimize and improve social content each month.
- Create all content to a brand’s TOV.
- Work collaboratively to create high-quality social content.
SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Essential: Experience in social-first ideas, concepting, copywriting, and production.
