The work we produce for this client is varied, fast-moving and global in scale. Projects can range from rapid-turnaround social content and creative sprints through to complex multi-market campaigns, large-scale productions and innovation projects delivered across multiple territories.

As a Senior Producer, you will lead productions from brief through to final delivery, overseeing all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production. You will be equally comfortable operating as an agency producer, partnering with external production companies to deliver campaigns, and as a line producer, managing productions directly when appropriate. You will work closely with creatives, strategists, account teams and clients to develop production solutions that bring ideas to life while balancing creative ambition, timelines and budgets. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex production challenges and has the confidence to independently lead projects across global markets.

We're looking for someone with extensive production experience, a strong understanding of both agency-side and line production, and a well-established network of trusted production partners, crew and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects through all stages of production, from initial scoping and budgeting through to final delivery.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy and account teams to assess production feasibility and develop the most effective production approach.
  • Build detailed production plans, schedules and budgets for a wide variety of projects and deliverables.
  • Manage all aspects of pre-production, including crew sourcing, casting, location management, permitting, travel and logistics.
  • Lead production shoots, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Manage relationships with production companies, directors, photographers, post-production partners and specialist suppliers.
  • Lead triple-bid processes and production partner selection where appropriate.
  • Develop production estimates and provide clear budget recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Identify risks early and proactively develop solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure productions are delivered efficiently, commercially and in line with agreed budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on production-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the wider production team to continually improve processes, workflows and production best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies and innovative production techniques.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the production team where required.
Skills And Previous Experience
  • Extensive experience as a Producer or Senior Producer within an agency, production company or integrated creative environment.
  • Strong experience in both agency-side production and hands-on line production.
  • Excellent understanding of video, photography, social content and integrated campaign production.
  • Strong network of production companies, directors, photographers, crew, post-production facilities and specialist suppliers.
  • Demonstrable experience managing productions from brief through to final delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing production budgets and negotiations.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong client-facing experience and ability to confidently manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-focused with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Strong understanding of AI, emerging technologies and their impact on modern content production.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • A passion for making great work and bringing ambitious creative ideas to life.
