Our Paid Search (PPC) consultants team helps clients develop and grow their online businesses. We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist who shares our Growth Marketing mindset and has a deep understanding of paid search, strategic planning, and a passion for driving results. The role requires managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and providing strategic recommendations to clients.

What You'll Do

  • Create valuable personal development plans with team members and provide structural guidance to help them achieve agreed goals.
  • Define team expectations and communicate them effectively.
  • Identify client challenges and stimulate the team to work toward solutions.
  • Leverage automation and data within campaigns, including using AI to improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Drive innovation within the Paid Search team by championing new approaches, frameworks, and performance methodologies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly during sales meetings and client workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Be available to start working from either Manchester or London office.
  • Have full working proficiency in English.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience creating, managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding co‑workers or a team of digital specialists.
  • Self‑confident, competent and empathetic, capable of convincing colleagues and clients of your ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical, flexible and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to present complex results in clear and understandable language.
