This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like social, influencer, TTL ad campaigns, augmented reality, AI and innovation. Our clients include eBay, easyJet, Just Eat Takeaway and Pepsico.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Creative for an exciting AI Platform client of ours. The work we produce for them is varied and can range drastically from simple BAU creative responses, to in-person creative sprints and even full productions across multiple global markets. Broad creative experience is required to ensure that whatever the brief, you feel comfortable delivering an excellent creative response. You will work with a wider team of creatives, designers, producers, etc., to ensure great creative work. Communication & presentation skills are critical due to frequent touchpoints with internal and external senior stakeholders located across the UK and US. You’ll be expected to work fast and nimble, getting work organised and ready to present to the client. You will also attend and contribute to in-person creative sprints & workshops with the wider creative teams as well as the clients’ internal creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & craft brilliant, award winning ideas that capture attention and inspire our clients’ creatives
  • Deliver on‑brand and on‑brief work within budget and on time
  • Motivate and guide the wider creative team
  • Suggest best ways of working, and hustle for the best opportunities
  • Deliver and inspire innovative and high quality work across all deliverables from the team
  • Use experience and ideas to contribute to the development of our creative process
  • Work closely with the accounts team to ensure a smooth monthly production process
  • Be aware of and respond to current advertising and media trends and pop culture
  • Present work internally and externally to an excellent standard
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments
  • Team collaboration: work with Creative Directors, Head(s) of Creative and other Lead and Senior Lead Creative Planners to foster a stimulating environment, resulting in the happiness, retention and quality output of creative.
  • Champion craft and pay close attention to even the smallest details
  • Participate in new business pitches
  • Help to grow our creative offering, making sure we’re taking advantage of the latest tech and most advanced approaches, as well as expanding into new platforms

Skills and Previous Experience

  • Must be an AI‑native and have an interest in AI generally
  • Broad and killer portfolio of work, with examples of tech or AI‑led campaigns
  • ImageGen skills – using AI to generate high quality imagery (big bonus)
  • A passion for motivating fellow creatives, offering support, advice and guidance
  • Experience with digital marketing, understanding platforms, potentials and limitations
  • Ability to work within a team as well as with clients
  • A love for learning new things and exploring new mediums
  • Experience in Figma
