  • Act as the central point of escalation and alignment for both DEPT® teams and client stakeholders.
  • Provide senior‑level programme leadership, ensuring consistency, quality and cohesion across all outputs and strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate collaboration between strategy, creative, media, tech and analytics teams to ensure work connects and ladders up to the broader programme goals.
  • Run and lead quarterly and monthly planning cycles, co‑ordinating inputs from multiple specialist teams.
  • Partner closely with Delivery Leads, Strategy and Media/Editorial leads to maintain clarity on scope, priorities, risks and dependencies.
  • Maintain strong client/agency relationship, ensuring confidence in programme direction, delivery cadence and governance.
  • Monitor programme health, risks, resource planning and overall operational efficiency, working with team leads to resolve blockers quickly.
  • Ensure the client experiences a one‑DEPT® integrated model.
  • Support commercial management (scoping, forecasting, change control) with local and central Delivery teams.

Skills And Previous Experience

  • Relevant experience in a senior delivery/programme role within a digital/creative/marketing agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience working across multiple disciplines – ideally a blend of Creative, Media and Web/Tech.
  • Strong understanding of how strategy, creative, media, tech, SEO and analytics connect within an integrated programme.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain complex multi‑workstream timing plans and delivery frameworks.
  • Automotive or mobility sector experience is a strong advantage, particularly across multi‑market programmes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior clients and internal leaders.
  • Confidence operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and turning complexity into clear direction.
