Job Purpose: This is an embedded role working directly within the marketing team of a UK Award winning fintech, based at their offices in Canary Wharf. You'll play a hands‑on role in shaping how we measure marketing's true impact — owning the implementation of our attribution model, experimentation programme, and Marketing Mix Models, and turning that into clear, actionable insight that helps us spend smarter. If you're passionate about advertising effectiveness, intellectually curious, outcome-oriented, and ready to step into a role that blends technical depth with commercial impact — this one's for you.
What you'll do:
- Support the strategy and hands‑on implementation of our measurement toolkit, spanning marketing attribution, experimentation, and Marketing Mix Models.
- Work collaboratively with marketing channels, data science, and data engineering teams to help identify and prioritise business needs across our measurement products.
- Play an active role in supporting and mentoring two marketing analysts, contributing to a positive team environment and helping to keep work output high quality and outcome‑focused.
- Support the development of a roadmap for the measurement product, bringing ideas and solutions to the table to help tackle current limitations.
- Contribute to defining best‑practice processes for marketing channel optimisation across our available measurement solutions.
- Take ownership of hands‑on technical development within the attribution model, working in Python, dbt, and SQL to build and iterate on scalable solutions.
- Turn data and model outputs into clear insights and practical recommendations to help improve marketing channel performance and spend efficiency.
- Build expertise across our measurement framework, becoming a reliable point of knowledge for the wider team.
What you'll bring:
- Experience using BI tooling such as Tableau or similar.
- Knowledge/experience using marketing analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics etc.
- Confident SQL skills and ideally some knowledge of Python or similar analytical tooling.
- Understanding of marketing measurement ie attribution, incrementality testing.
- Experience setting up & analysing A/B and incrementality tests (bonus).
