Job Purpose
As a Lead in our Paid Search (SEA) team, you will manage a team of SEA specialists and act as a business partner to our clients. You will develop campaign strategies, optimize performance, and provide strategic recommendations while ensuring your team has the resources they need for professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective paid search strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Identify client challenges with the team and drive collaborative solutions.
- Manage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns.
- Leverage automation and data, including AI, to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with insights.
- Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and align with client goals.
- Maintain a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Monitor team well-being, development, and progress.
- Create personal development plans and provide guidance for team members.
- Define and communicate team expectations clearly.
What You Bring
- 6+ years experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably in an agency.
- Experience mentoring or guiding a team of digital specialists.
- Self-confident, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
- Demonstrated track record of driving results and meeting client objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimization.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Based in the UK and able to commute to our London or Manchester office twice a week.
