Job Purpose
The Programmatic team is part of Digital Marketing at DEPT®. Within our paid media teams, our certified programmatic advertising specialists help our clients to effectively purchase digital media which contribute to the clients goals. Whether through real-time bidding or direct deals with publishers, we make sure to drive the best results. As a team lead you challenge the team members and support them to get the best out of themselves in terms of their professional career and growth as well as deliverables for the clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Programmatic specialist to join our team. The Programmatic specialist will be responsible for managing programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, optimising campaigns for performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients, and leading programmatic best practices within the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programmatic advertising, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and experience in managing campaigns on the Google stack (DV360, CM360), experience working with The Trade Desk is also preferable. The candidate should be comfortable guiding team members to adopt programmatic best practices and upskilling the team. Channel experience required for this role includes: video, display, digital audio, digital outdoor, and CTV.

- With your knowledge you develop a plan that not only advises the most suitable creatives, but also how we effectively reach the target group and efficiently achieve the client's objectives.
- You translate the results into insights, advice and new plans that you can present clearly at every level.
- Manage programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, including DV360, The Trade Desk, alongside other DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
- Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Deliver and present work with data-driven insight and analytics both internally and externally.
What you’ll bring
- Extensive relevant & proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a deep knowledge of the Google Stack, Google Ads (Display/Video), DSP (e.g. Adform, Tradedesk, DV360, Amazon DSP), GMP and Analytics.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience presenting plans to senior clients and internal teams.
- Experience in managing programmatic campaigns in video, display, digital audio, digital outdoor, and CTV channels.
