As a Project Manager at DEPT®, you’ll manage the day‑to‑day running of projects across assigned accounts, ensuring that scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources are well coordinated. You will work closely with Senior Project Managers and Client Services to track progress, flag risks, and keep both internal teams and clients aligned on weekly priorities and milestones.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and manage project plans, scopes of work, timelines, and trackers;
  • Monitor project pacing, prioritise resource allocation, and upscale overruns or blockers;
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure systems are up to date;
  • Support budget tracking and provide relevant updates to Senior Project Managers and Client Services;
  • Run internal stand‑ups and keep teams aligned on priorities and deadlines;
  • Coordinate with Creative (social media), Design, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow and handovers;
  • Partner with Client Services to share agreed project updates with clients, ensuring clarity on priorities, progress and next steps.

What you bring:

  • Relevant experience in a project management role, ideally within an agency or creative environment;
  • Experience creating project documentation including scopes, timelines, and budgets;
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Confident in using project management tools and tracking systems;
  • Proactive communicator who can work collaboratively across multiple teams;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
