London, Manchester hybrid. This position sits in our UKI Media team. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through innovative digital marketing solutions. We plan, create and execute a variety of world class campaigns, from culture lead, social first content to award-winning integrated creative campaigns that have been built from data lead strategies and insights. Our clients include Just Eat Takeaway, Victoria's Secret, TikTok, The White Company, Meta, Pepsico, EasyJet and many more.

Our Media Team is made up of both paid and organic media specialists and we are looking for a new Paid Social Specialist to join the team to work 100% on the Meta account.
The Media Planner will work closely with Strategy and Planning to craft media plans for Meta, then execute those campaigns to the highest standard. Using data and insights, this role requires pacing and reporting and ongoing optimisations. A high level of Meta Business Manager platform knowledge is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, buy and optimise on Meta
- Confidently communicate with the client directly, building a strong relationship
- Report on activity on weekly basis, through pacing, gsheet reports and read-outs
- Create key tactical plans to execute media briefs
- Actively monitor campaigns and suggest optimisations for best performance to plan
- Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard within deadlines
- Ensure constant innovation across all deliverables
- Contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience
- Present work internally and externally
- Smoothly work with an international team across multiple timezones
- Skills and previous experience in a paid media based role
- Strong understanding of digital paid media, particularly paid social media
- Advanced proficiency with Ads particularly on Meta; but TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube, Google Ads and Pinterest is advantageous
- Experience with brand and performance campaigns
- High attention to detail, especially with QA’s
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in the use of Excel/Sheets and familiarity with Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides
- An inquisitive and numeric mindset
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
