Location: London or Manchester (hybrid). Office 2 days per week.

Job Purpose

Lead the Paid Search (SEA) consulting team, managing a mix of junior to senior specialists on a key e‑commerce client. You’ll run campaigns, act as a business partner, and drive strategy and optimisation to meet client objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement paid search strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
  • Spot client challenges with the team and guide solutions.
  • Manage multi‑market paid search and shopping campaigns.
  • Leverage automation and AI to improve performance.
  • Monitor performance, analyse data and deliver regular reports with insights.
  • Keep up‑to‑date on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless execution and goal alignment.
  • Maintain team well‑being, development and progress.
  • Create personal development plans and structural guidance for team members.
  • Set clear expectations for the team and communicate them effectively.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of paid search & shopping experience, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Proven success in driving results and optimising campaigns to meet objectives.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding a team of digital specialists.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimisation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain complex ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • UK resident, willing to commute to London or Manchester twice a week.
