JOB PURPOSE
Digitally driven and culturally tapped, we’re looking for a talented creative who thinks idea out, not TV down. Zero gimmicks, just bold campaign thinking that captures attention, inspires behaviour change, and makes people want to share it. We look for creatives who specialise in change, get bored easily, and are proactive in seeking new solutions to even the oldest problems. Creatives who understand what audiences want, who can put themselves in their shoes to create ideas that exceed expectations and inspire some sort of interaction within just a couple of seconds.
This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include Just Eat Takeaway, PepsiCo, Meta, OpenAI, eBay and many more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and craft ideas collaboratively with the creative, design, production and influencer teams
- Deliver on-brand and on-brief work within budget and on time
- Be hands-on and in the weeds to drive ideas from conception to completion
- Champion craft and pay close attention to even the smallest details
- Team collaboration: work with Creative Directors, Head(s) of Creative and other Lead and Senior Lead Creative Planners to foster a stimulating environment, resulting in the happiness, retention and quality output of creatives
- Help to grow our creative offering, making sure we’re taking advantage of the latest tech and most advanced approaches, as well as expanding into new platforms
- Participate in new business pitches
- Be aware of and respond to current advertising, media, tech and social trends
- Present work internally and externally to a high standard
- Make work that works, and that makes you proud
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience as a creative within an agency or in-house team
- Broad and killer portfolio of work
- Strong copywriting and/or art direction experience
- A passion for motivating fellow creatives, offering support, advice and guidance
- Experience with digital marketing, understanding platforms, potentials and limitations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with hawk-eyed attention to detail
- Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within a team as well as with clients
- A love for learning new things, platforms & mediums
