DEPT® is a Growth Invention company.
We help the world's most ambitious brands grow by bringing together technology, AI, creativity and data to invent what's next.
With more than 4,000 specialists across 30+ markets, we work at the intersection of marketing and technology for clients including Google, Meta, Lufthansa, e Bay and Open AI.
EMEA is DEPT®'s largest and most commercially important region.
It's where global ambition meets local reality: different markets, different buyers, different cultures, and one shared growth target.
Your job is simple to describe, but hard to do.
Take DEPT®'s global brand, positioning and strategy, and turn it into measurable commercial growth across EMEA.
You'll lead the regional growth marketing organisation, bringing together Future Club, Content & GEO, CRM & Paid, and Partner Marketing into one demand engine.
You'll partner closely with regional sales leadership, market leads and the Global SVP of Marketing to ensure every programme, campaign and event contributes to pipeline, reputation and long-term growth.
- WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own marketing's contribution to pipeline across EMEA. Set ambitious targets, measure what matters, and continuously improve marketing's impact on revenue.
- Lead DEPT®'s regional growth strategy across demand generation, account-based marketing, executive engagement and partner marketing.
- Grow DEPT® Future Club into the most valuable executive community in our industry, creating meaningful relationships that translate into long-term commercial opportunities.
- Build and scale one integrated regional demand engine across Future Club, Content & GEO, CRM & Paid and Partner Marketing, ensuring every function contributes to growth rather than operating in isolation.
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership on strategic accounts, major pitches and market priorities, making marketing an extension of the commercial organisation.
- Build an organic growth engine through content, website optimisation and GEO that compounds over time and strengthens DEPT®'s authority in AI, creativity and growth.
- Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and paid acquisition with a relentless focus on efficiency, experimentation and measurable ROI.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology platforms, clients and ecosystem partners that strengthen DEPT®'s market position and create new business opportunities.
- Own the EMEA marketing budget and make investment decisions based on commercial impact, not historical allocation.
- Coach and develop regional marketing leaders, creating a culture of ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement.
- Represent the voice of EMEA within the global marketing organisation, ensuring regional insight shapes global priorities as much as global strategy shapes regional execution.
YOUR PROFILE
- 8–12 years of senior B2B marketing leadership experience in a fast-growing technology, consulting or professional services business.
- A proven track record of owning pipeline and being able to demonstrate marketing's contribution to revenue.

- Strong commercial instincts. You're as comfortable discussing pipeline reviews with Sales as you are reviewing campaign creative.
- Experience leading managers and building high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- A builder's mindset. You enjoy creating systems, improving ways of working and leaving organisations stronger than you found them.
- High levels of curiosity about AI and emerging technology, and the ability to translate them into practical growth opportunities.

- Comfortable working in ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information and moving quickly.
