The ideal candidate can manage and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic recommendations to clients. You are a critical thinker and analytical problem solver, equally curious and creative. You have a strong command of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and can effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders. You have a track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our clients' digital campaigns. Besides your client responsibilities, you’ll also be working on developing your team; it’s your responsibility, alongside the department head, to make sure every member has what they need to deliver their best work and that they grow professionally.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals.
  • Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Be aware of the well-being, development, and progress of team members.
  • Create valuable personal development plans together with team members and offer structural guidance to help them achieve agreed goals.
  • Define expectations for the whole team and convey this effectively.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 6+ years of solid experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Experience in mentoring/guiding co-workers or a team of digital specialists.
  • A self-confident, competent, and empathetic appearance that convinces colleagues and clients of your ideas.
