JOB PURPOSE
Working with customers pursuing personalisation at scale, an optimal content supply chain is a necessity.
With the emergence of generative AI and its potential to supercharge the supply of hyper personalised content we are seeking a Senior Content Supply Consultant to help customers assess, optimise and manage their content supply processes, delivering content seamlessly and efficiently to execute outstanding consumer experiences.
- WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead inspiring business discovery workstreams and align with customers on relevant business goals and critical metrics
- Map the content lifecycle from creation to distribution, including all stages and touchpoints.
- Assess the customer’s content supply process to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Define the role of Generative AI and automation capabilities to reduce cost and time to create, produce and deliver content
- Perform complex process re-design to align the content supply process to a customer’s strategy and drive dramatic improvements in productivity, cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Define workflows to outline the sequence of tasks, responsibilities, dependencies, and approvals required to move content from one stage to the next.
- Guide customers to train AI models on data to ensure a consistent and aligned brand representation across channels
- Help customers to assess current brand guidelines and define AI integration objectives, develop
AI-specific guidelines, train the team and implement monitoring and evaluation processes.
- Design effective content approval processes to ensure published content aligns with a customer’s policies and expectations.
- Develop the implementation strategy & roadmap in partnership with Technical Architects and customer teams for Adobe solutions that enable content supply, e. g.
- Adobe Experience Manager,
- Workfront, Creative Cloud, Express, Frame. io etc
- Research and define relevant content performance and content process benchmarks
- Design and implement content performance and content process reporting mechanisms to monitor progress against KPIs
- Analyse performance and surface insights informing continued optimisation and validating business outcomes.
- Perform organisational analysis to assess barriers to adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
Advise and lead customers through the change required to adopt optimised content tools and processes across the customer org and involved 3rd parties
- Identify and enable customers teams on the required capability, functionality and features across
Adobe technologies that facilitate content supply requirements with a specialist focus on Adobe
Experience Manager and Workfront
- Support the enablement of customer teams across roles, responsibilities and process that facilitate the customer’s optimised content supply chain.
- Continually grow your footprint and role within the client engagement and relationship.
- WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ Years of content supply optimisation experience – as a Product Owner, Product Manager or
- Lead Business Consultant
- The ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution and an understanding of how to leverage content solutions to meet business needs is important.
- A deep understanding of Content Management platforms and technologies (AEM, Workfront preferred) from a business perspective and standard methodologies around implementations.
AEM + Workfront Certified Business Practitioner.
- Complex process re-design expertise coupled with change management experience.
ξ Experience with AI and automation with a strong understanding of how AI, machine learning, and generative AI can revolutionise the content supply chain.
- Experience with AI model training and the development of processes to secure adherence to brand standards
- Understanding or experience in using productised APIs, Saa S, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content
- Management Systems is beneficial
- Extensive Agile experience and with product backlog management experience
- Customer-centric approach
- Outcome mentality and strong ability to plan for and realise business value.
- Demonstrated experience working with business users and senior stakeholders, software engineers, application architects and digital marketing agencies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills presenting outcomes, sharing information, and leading meetings
