This is an embedded role working directly within the marketing team of a UK Award winning fintech, based at their offices in Canary Wharf. You will sit at the heart of their in-house function, acting as a Performance Marketing Manager, reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing and sitting in the heart of the growth marketing team. We are open to either a 6 month fixed-term contract, or freelance, with a view to go permanent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage and optimise performance campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Reddit, TikTok and Programmatic.
  • Monitor performance against CAC, LTV and growth targets, making decisions that balance scale with efficiency.
  • Analyse data, spot trends and turn insight into action across campaign structure, spend, targeting and creative testing.
  • Work closely with creative and brand teams to develop and test high-performing ad creative and messaging.
  • Partner with product, analytics and Current Account stakeholders to make sure performance activity supports wider business goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners, making sure activity is clear, well managed and commercially focused.
  • Help build the foundations of a growing Performance Marketing function.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Recent, hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns and are genuinely happy to stay close to the operational detail.
  • Have managed campaigns across more than one performance platform, such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Reddit or Programmatic.
  • Have strong mobile-first acquisition experience and understand the difference between web and app-based customer journeys.
  • Are confident working with data, using tools such as Excel, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Looker, Tableau or similar.
  • Understand mobile attribution and measurement, including platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable optimising towards CAC, LTV and growth targets.
  • Understand how creative performance influences acquisition and enjoy testing messaging, formats and customer angles.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Are organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fintech, banking, regulated industries or app-first consumer products.
  • Experience scaling subscription-based or mobile-first products.
  • Experience managing agencies or external media partners.
  • Knowledge of incrementality testing, attribution modelling or App Store Optimisation.
  • Experience with landing page optimisation or experimentation tools.
  • Experience managing influencer performance campaigns across YouTube, TikTok or Meta.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign workflows.
