This position sits in our UKI Media team. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands' business problems and drive revenue through innovative digital marketing solutions. We plan, create and execute a variety of world-class campaigns, from culture-led, social-first content to award-winning integrated creative campaigns that have been built from data-led strategies and insights. Our clients include Just Eat Takeaway, Victoria's Secret, TikTok, The White Company, Meta, Pepsico, EasyJet and many more.

We are looking for a new Paid Social Specialist to join the team and work on key accounts including Just Eat Takeaway, Brother and other major clients. The Media Planner will work closely with Strategy and Planning to craft paid social media plans across multiple platforms and then execute those campaigns to the highest standard. Using data and insights, this role requires pacing, reporting and ongoing optimisations. Strong platform knowledge across key paid social channels is essential.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, buy and optimise paid social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn as relevant)
  • Confidently communicate with the client directly, building a strong relationship
  • Report on activity on a weekly basis, through pacing, Google Sheets reports and read-outs
  • Create key tactical plans to execute media briefs
  • Actively monitor campaigns and suggest optimisations for best performance to plan
  • Ensure delivery of work to the highest possible standard within deadlines
  • Ensure constant innovation across all deliverables
  • Contribute to our creative process by sharing ideas and experience
  • Present work internally and externally
  • Work smoothly with an international team across multiple time zones

What you bring:

  • Relevant experience within a paid media based role
  • Strong understanding of digital paid media, particularly paid social media
  • Advanced proficiency with paid social platforms; experience across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, YouTube; Google Ads and Pinterest is advantageous
  • Experience with brand and performance campaigns
  • High attention to detail, especially with QA's
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in the use of Excel/Sheets and familiarity with Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides
  • An inquisitive and numeric mindset
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
