This position sits in our Experience & Engineering business unit. We primarily deliver large‑scale website design and build projects, combining our skills in developing future‑ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to help clients including Nikon, London Marathon Events and END. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Help clients define how to measure their digital success (KPIs / Conversion) aligned with their business objectives.
  • Analyse data through Google Analytics or user feedback tools (Hotjar/ContentSquare), turning data into insights.
  • Benchmark user journeys against best practices through heuristic walkthroughs.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis to support backlog prioritisation for our clients' digital platforms (site/shop/app).
  • Create test plans, execute A/B tests and evaluate results.
  • Join or lead client workshops.
  • Produce and deliver reports and audits summarising findings.
  • Contribute to conversion programmes driving continuous improvement through iterative learning.

What you bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an optimisation consultant, preferably within digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Hotjar, ContentSquare and tools like VWO or Optimizely.
  • A commercial, entrepreneurial drive.
  • Experience at a digital agency (bonus points).
