JOB PURPOSE

This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include PepsiCo, Just Eat Takeaway, L’Oreal, TikTok, and easyJet. Working on projects end to end, Account Directors are responsible for overarching client satisfaction across key accounts, providing oversight and guidance to junior team members and ensuring delivery and commercial performance across the account. You are entrepreneurial, always putting the customer and their goals at the center of your actions. Candidates must have experience managing teams and complex campaigns for brands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deepen and protect key client relationships, leading complex discussions; problem-solving with authority and composure
  • Manage deliverables from across the business (content, technology, media, data)
  • Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard, at pace
  • Make informed decisions that balance client satisfaction, team wellbeing, and commercial performance
  • Be accountable for the revenue, margin and forecasting of client accounts within the business, maintaining accurate commercial data and documentation
  • Lead, line-manage, motivate and inspire your team
  • Identify creative opportunities and craft proposals that generate added value to the client
  • Champion innovative thinking within the account, creating space for differentiated ideas and supporting commercially viable pilot initiatives
  • Contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Have extensive, professional experience in roles involving account management and client servicing
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, ideally specialising in social media
  • Extensive professional experience in managing large production with six-figure annual budgets in digital marketing
  • Grasp complex correlations quickly and holistically; you are open, communicative and see the big picture
  • Are characterised by a structured, analytical and independent way of working
  • Confident and experienced in managing complex campaigns
  • Confident with both brand and conversion/direct-response campaigns
  • Experience leading, motivating and coaching team members
  • Impeccable client relationship management skills
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in working with data
