As an SEO/GEO Specialist, you are an expert in improving the organic visibility of brands online and have an interest in optimising content for AI models (LLMs). You will work with the SEO/GEO Lead on projects from start to finish. Based on data and with the help of multiple tools, you will help create, analyse and implement long-term SEO strategies to ensure clients are serviced effectively.

- Support reporting on SEO (and GEO) activity (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Deliver work to a high standard and meet agreed deadlines
- Share ideas and contribute to the team’s creative process
- Present work and updates internally and, when needed, externally
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SEO, ideally from an agency or through personal web projects
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or Semrush
- Strong understanding of SEO basics, with interest in broader digital marketing (including paid media)
- Experience using AI search tools such as Profound, Peec.aI, Scrunch or similar to measure AI visibility
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, social search (TikTok and Instagram SEO) or experience optimising social content for organic discovery
- Comfortable working in an international environment and are motivated to build expertise in SEO, GEO and beyond

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, while also being proactive and communicative
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Confident in preparing and delivering presentations
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
