JOB PURPOSE
This role is dedicated exclusively to Creative Automation - using technology to produce creative assets at scale.
You will manage automation campaigns end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, quality, and best practices throughout.
You don't need direct experience in Creative Automation, but we're looking for someone who is naturally curious, technically minded, and eager to experiment - someone who sees automation as an opportunity to transform creative production.
We're looking for candidates who thrive in problem-solving, process optimisation, and structured thinking, with a strong interest in automation and its potential to reshape creative workflows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage multiple Creative Automation projects simultaneously, from briefing through to final delivery from design, feed setup, testing, automation production, quality control, and final delivery.
- Develop accurate project budgets, timing plans, and resource allocations to keep projects on track.
- Consult on creative development to ensure automation feasibility.
- Identify risks early and proactively manage them, ensuring seamless execution.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Support account planners and clients on automation-specific discussions, helping them understand workflows and best practices.
- Identify workflow improvements and contribute to continuous optimisation of automation processes.

- Strong project management skills - organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
