This role is part of our eBay Inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within eBay.
JOB PURPOSE
This role sits in the eBay EU Planning and operations team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team leadership and resourcing
- Management of specialist team and freelance resource when required
- Oversee team charges on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility and accuracy, managing invoicing processes and contracting when required
- Set objectives, allocate tasks, and balance workloads across projects
- Prioritisation of projects in relation to category priorities in partnership with relevant brand team lead
- Budget and vendor management
- Responsible for operating budget for the category, including briefing budget requirements, tracking, reporting and any other documentation as needed by finance teams
- Serve as category’s primary intermediary between the team and payment partner, as needed by ops.
- Own the intake-to-catalogue pipeline: managing the process of photographing, cataloguing, barcoding and monitoring all products
- Own the day-to-day management in partnership with category team including scanning in and out all items, packaging and sending items and managing returns as well as organising and booking couriers
- Oversee the management of appointments and visits. Responsible for scheduling, logistics and delivering an elevated experience
- Build out centralised systems and processes for ways of working with freelance team
- Responsible for replenishment of items needed in studio space
- Partner with Richmond office team on any needs
