Responsible for leading a team of sales executives selling both new and used Vans Stacking and controlling deals Daily lead and sales process management Management of used van advertising platforms Managing finance agreements and activations. Ensuring an exceptional level of sales experience is consistently delivered to each customer. Control the Finance and Insurance sales process Required Skills & Experience We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience: Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals A strong desire to be involved in the sales process from the start, ability to speak to customers and close deals.
