We are looking to recruit on a permanent basis experienced Preppers & Polishers for a well established, independent Accident Repair Centre. This highly respected centre uses a dynamic approach combining all the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology valuing quality over speed.

Role Requirements:

  • Vast experience in either prep & polish essential.
  • Ensure workload is completed accurately in a timely manner.
  • Deliver the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Polishers will rectify any paint defects using de-nibbing blocks & flat and polish vehicle panels using a handheld polisher.
  • Preppers will prepare panels for paint, including sanding, filling, masking, and priming & mix and apply primers and sealers as required.
  • Ensure the vehicle is finished to the correct standards.
  • All health and safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to within the workshop.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all modern technology and processes.
