We are looking to recruit on a temp to perm basis an experienced Panel Beater with strong hands-on skills in accident repair, dent removal, panel straightening, filler work, and structural alignment. This role is for a independent high-volume mechanical bodywork centre, that handles retail, customer insurance repairs plus preparation of vehicles for auction re-sale with a stock of 80+ vehicles. Role Responsibilities : Dent removal, panel beating, filler work, and shaping. Structural repairs, jig work, and alignment. Strip refit panels, bumpers, trims, lights. Preparing vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming). Repairing auction vehicles with major bodywork defects. Completing insurance-standard repairs (BSI training provided). Working efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment. Minimum 5 years experience in a professional body shop. Strong denting and panel beating skills. Experience with insurance repairs preferred. Good English communication (speaking writing). Evidence of previous work (photos/videos) required. Working Hours : - Monday Friday : 8.00am 18.00pm.
