We are looking to recruit on a permanent basis experienced Preppers & Polishers for a well established, independent Accident Repair Centre. This highly respected centre uses a dynamic approach combining all the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology valuing quality over speed.
Role Requirements:
- Vast experience in either prep & polish essential.
- Ensure workload is completed accurately in a timely manner.
- Deliver the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Polishers will rectify any paint defects using de-nibbing blocks & flat and polish vehicle panels using a handheld polisher.
- Preppers will prepare panels for paint, including sanding, filling, masking, and priming & mix and apply primers and sealers as required.
- Ensure the vehicle is finished to the correct standards.
- All health and safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to within the workshop.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all modern technology and processes.
- Forward thinking company that invests in accredited market leading equipment to ensure all employees are up to date with knowledge/equipment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7.30am - 4.30pm.
- Weekend working available for those looking for additional hours around current employment.
- Overtime available.
A full driving license and CV will be required.
