We are looking to recruit delivery drivers on behalf of our client within the renewable energy industry. As a driver, you will be transporting solar panels and related equipment to residential and commercial sites. This role also includes on-the-job training to become a Solar Panel Installer, offering a strong career pathway in the renewable energy industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport solar panels, mounting hardware, and tools to job sites.
  • Load, secure, and unload materials while preventing damage.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with operations and installation teams.
  • Assist installation crews with staging materials and site preparation.
  • Participate in hands-on training to learn solar panel installation techniques & support mounting, wiring, and system setup under supervision.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including ladder and rooftop safety.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and have a courteous attitude with customers.
  • Accurately complete delivery and job-related documentation.
  • Comply with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Candidates should hold a good level of physical fitness as this role requires standing, lifting, climbing, and bending, be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and have the ability to work well within a team. You will hold a clean driving license, be familiar with power & hand tools, and be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or French. Multilingual skills are essential for communicating with customers and team members.

This is a temp to perm role working Mon-Fri starting 9am - 6pm. A full CV will be required.
