We are looking to recruit an experienced MOT Tester on behalf of our Leading Nationwide Autocentre client. Excellent team environment, branch fitting bonus and career progression.
Working Hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.00
- Saturday 08.30 to 17.00, with a day off in the week (negotiable)
- Sunday is a trading day hours - 10.00am - 16.00pm. Expectation of working 2 per month on rota with an additional supplementary payment on top of annual salary.

Holiday: 20 days per year, plus statutory holidays.
Responsibilities:
- All MOT Testers must hold a Tester licence which is issued by the DVSA. Opportunity of renewal to be paid for by company if license has expired.
- To carry out MOT test to DVSA standard and input the details on the DVSA computer system.
- To fit any product specified by the Company to customer vehicles and carry out a range of ancillary services to customer vehicles.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis.
- To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures.
- To adhere to the Company’s Policy & Procedures.
- To comply with reasonable instructions from Management.
- The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times.
- To be available for work at the times specified by the Company.
There are training opportunities to further your career within the Company. This is a permanent position and a full CV will be required.
