We are looking to recruit on a temp to perm basis an experienced Panel Beater with strong hands-on skills in accident repair, dent removal, panel straightening, filler work, and structural alignment.

This role is for a independent high-volume mechanical & bodywork centre, that handles retail, customer & insurance repairs plus preparation of vehicles for auction re-sale with a stock of 80+ vehicles.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Dent removal, panel beating, filler work, and shaping.
- Structural repairs, jig work, and alignment.
- Strip & refit panels, bumpers, trims, lights.
- Preparing vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming).
- Repairing auction vehicles with major bodywork defects.
- Completing insurance-standard repairs (BSI training provided).
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional body shop.
- Strong denting and panel beating skills.
- Experience with insurance repairs preferred.
- Good English communication (speaking & writing).
- Evidence of previous work (photos/videos) required.
Working Hours: - Monday –Friday : 8.00am – 18.00pm.
Potential candidates must have the ability to work independently, maintain high standards, and handle both retail and auction vehicles. xiskglj
