We are looking to recruit various body shop roles for our well established client within the automotive fleet car industry based in Avonmouth. Candidates will be responsible for vehicle condition reporting, carrying out accurate, efficient inspections as part of a quality control function, working on all makes and models of vehicles on a large scale basis.
Previous experience within motor vehicle maintenance/mechanic/vehicle technician or vehicle inspections is required. Ability to work alone within a team environment is essential. Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and the ability to produce accurate and itemised work is required.
Roles include:
- Panel Beaters
- Preppers/Polishers
- Painters/Sprayers
Candidates will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with recognised manufacturer's methods. Must have previous working experience within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with the ability to work alone, utilising self-motivation and initiative.
Candidates will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and possess the following:
- Valid driver's licence
- Driven, self-motivated, able to think on your feet and work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Display excellent attention to detail
- Team player with a flexible attitude
