We are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist on behalf of our client to work within a business centre environment. As a receptionist, you will be dealing with centre clients daily on a face-to-face basis and via email and phone. You will also be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, whilst ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
Role Responsibilities:
- General office administration.
- Raising invoices and purchase orders. Full training provided on use of company software.
- Chasing of arrears from clients and banking of cheques.
- Maintaining the room booking diary and car parking details.
- Use of Excel and Microsoft for correspondence and spreadsheets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a reception and customer-facing role with a friendly professional appearance. Excellent telephone manner with a flexible attitude and the ability to work using own initiative is essential. This role is on a Mon-Fri basis - 8.30am - 5pm with free parking on site. The company offers ongoing training and support to enhance development and, in addition to your salary, an annual bonus payment once a year based on the performance of the business.
