JOB PURPOSEThis position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London.
We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots.
Our clients include Easy Jet, e Bay, INEOS, Logitech, L’Oréal, Roblox, Walkers and Zalando.
As a Motion Designer, you will set Motion Art Direction through ideas, motion, visuals, and narrative.
You bring strong art direction thinking and high level motion craft together to shape concepts from early thinking to final execution.
You care about story, framing, and how visuals communicate over time.
You push ideas forward while actively involved in the work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Shape the visual and motion direction of projects from concept to delivery Develop strong creative ideas rooted in narrative, pacing, and visual structure Design and animate high quality motion work across campaigns and formats Define look and feel, styleframes, and motion language for projects Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, and other disciplines Guide motion execution to keep work aligned with the original creative intent Stay curious of new tools, references, and techniques across motion and visual design WHAT YOU BRING: Strong visual judgement and confidence contributing to concepts and creative direction.
Art direction experience showing how you’ve helped craft the visual story of your work Experience as a motion designer with a clear art direction mindset Solid After Effects skills with a good sense of timing, framing, and storytelling.
Video editing in Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve is a plus.
