JOB PURPOSE
We Build What’s Next. Brands aren’t coming to us for safe bets or small optimisations. They’re asking: How do we move culture, not just attention? How do we grow when the category is flat and everyone’s shouting? How do we turn creators into a real business driver, not a line item? These aren’t problems you solve by tweaking last year’s plan. They demand connected thinking across culture, creativity, data, and media - and the confidence to make moves before they’re obvious.
At DEPT®, influencer marketing is a core growth discipline. Not an add-on. Not an afterthought. We design creator ecosystems that scale, adapt, and deliver measurable impact - across brand, performance, and commerce. We’re looking for an Influencer Manager who lives and breathes culture, understands the creator economy, and knows how to turn what’s happening online into smart, effective work for brands.
You’ll manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across global and regional clients, including PepsiCo, Visa, easyJet, OpenAI, Mammut and eBay, working across always-on ecosystems, launches, and test-and-learn innovation. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with room to contribute strategically, grow client confidence, and build strong relationships across creators, platforms, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including creator discovery, contracting, activation, content approval, publishing, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring timely delivery and KPI achievement.
- Develop and implement influencer strategies that translate client objectives into culturally relevant, commercially effective campaigns, while ensuring brand, legal, regulatory, and platform compliance.
- Serve as a primary client contact, managing expectations, flagging risks, and building strong relationships with creators, agents, platforms, and internal teams.
- Collaborate across Creative, Paid Social, Media, Strategy, Production, and Commerce teams to integrate influencer activity and maximise reach and performance.
- Oversee campaign budgets, scopes, timelines, and financial reconciliation, identifying risks to sustainable delivery.
- Analyse and report campaign performance, using insights to optimise activity and evolve measurement beyond vanity metrics.
- Stay current on platform updates, creator trends, and regulations, applying knowledge to live campaigns.
What You Bring
- 2 - 4 years’ experience delivering influencer campaigns within an agency or similar environment.
- Hands-on experience managing creators, content approvals, timelines, and budgets.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and the creator economy.
- Experience using influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, or Tagger (or similar).
- Confident communicator with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Curious, culturally aware, and commercially minded.
- A belief that great influencer work should be creative, effective, and sustainable.
We Offer
- A flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location).
- An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policies.
- Pension, free private healthcare, mental health support, and company sick pay scheme.
- 26 days paid holiday (plus UK bank holidays).
