JOB PURPOSE
This role is at the center of our Holding team in London and Manchester. We have a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, IT Support and Marketing. As Director of Partner Marketing, EMEA, you will lead the strategic development and handsâon execution of coâmarketing, demand generation, and partnerâaligned events across EMEA. You will collaborate crossâfunctionally with Growth, Alliances, Regional Marketing, and Sales teams to design and deliver integrated campaigns, content, demand plays, and events that turn partner relationships into tangible business results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build & Execute CoâMarketing Strategy â Develop and roll out joint marketing plans with strategic partners. Generate campaigns spanning webinars, case studies, thought leadership, email programs, and partner marketplace content.
- Drive Pipeline & Demand Generation â Partner with Growth, Partnerships, and Regional Marketing to launch sourced and coâsourced demand campaigns. Track and optimise for KPIs, ROI, and pipeline targets.
- Lead Events & Experiences â Plan and manage partnerâaligned events (executive roundtables, CIO experiences, roadshows, workshops). Manage speaker submissions, session content, booth messaging, and overall event activation strategy.
- Oversee Content & Messaging Development â Develop partnerâdriven content and campaigns across teams. Craft compelling stories around AIâpowered services, cloud migrations, personalisation, media innovation, and commerce.
- Manage Partnership Operations â Oversee partner portals, listings, marketplace profiles, badge/tier updates, awards submissions, and general partner governance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Significant experience (ideally 7â10+ years) in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or integrated B2B marketing, preferably within agencies, technology, or SaaS environments.
- Proven success working with enterpriseâgrade tech or media partners (Google, Adobe, etc.).
- Demonstrated track record of building joint marketing programs that drive pipeline/demand.
- Strong event & experiential marketing experience, from conceptualisation to execution at conferences, roundtables, roadshows, and workshops.
- Excellent crossâfunctional stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
- Passion for emerging technologies, AIâpowered services, and modern digital experiences.
