We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Artist Liaison to join our team from 25th June to 9th July. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, a passion for working with artists, and excellent communication skills. This role requires you to be based in Cardiff and available on the specified dates. Driving experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating artist schedules and ensuring their needs are met during events
  • Handling artist travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements
  • Serving as the point of contact for artists during their time with us
  • Assisting with event production and on-site support

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Artist Liaison role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Driving experience is preferable but not essential
  • Must be available for the full duration of the specified dates (25th June - 9th July)
