What you'll be doing:
- Support in the day-to-day execution, optimisation and reporting of paid social across the funnel.
- Own the creative insights and reporting to a variety of stakeholders across the marketing org.
- Assist in the development and own the execution of testing roadmaps across paid social channels, contributing ideas for creative, audience and bidding experiments.

- Support the creation of creative briefs, including briefing and coordinating UGC (user-generated content) assets for paid media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, flagging key trends and making data-led optimisations to maximise a range of KPIs.
- Help maintain and improve relationships with platform and agency partners.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, new targeting capabilities and emerging tools to keep our paid social programs ahead of the curve.
What we're looking for:
- Hands‑on experience managing paid social activity on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of performance KPIs and optimisation techniques across paid social.
- Confident analysing campaign data and reporting on performance, with solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualisation tools.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Nice to have:
- Experience working within a retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environment.
