The Job

We're looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our growing Performance Marketing team and play a key role in driving our Paid Search strategy forward. This is a particularly exciting time to join as we begin to in-house our Paid Search activity from an agency, providing the opportunity to make a real impact in shaping the direction, structure, and success of the channel. In this role, you'll support the Senior Paid Media Manager in developing innovative, data-driven search strategies designed to achieve business-level KPIs and deliver measurable growth. Beyond campaign management, you'll help define and execute a detailed testing roadmap, working closely with key stakeholders from our in-house Analytics, Data Science, and Product teams, working to improve paid search performance across our website and apps. This role will open opportunities to develop solutions using AI and Machine Learning, weaving them seamlessly into campaign optimisation and future strategies through feed optimisation, user targeting, bidding, creative strategies and more.

Our Paid Media team is dynamic and our channels have seen exponential growth over the past 5 years. As a team, we have full ownership across the entire media funnel; from upper-funnel brand activity to lower-funnel performance campaigns. This brings together a diverse mix of skill sets, spanning from strategy and planning through to hands-on execution allowing for end-to-end responsibility, ensuring both big picture thinking and tactical delivery sit within one collaborative unit.

  • Ownership over daily optimisation of bids, budgets, keywords, ad copy, and audiences, ensuring performance aligns with business KPIs monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Support on incrementality testing across our Search portfolio.
  • Collaborate with our Machine Learning and Product teams to build industry leading strategies through a series of testing and learning.
  • Co-ordinate with the wider Paid Media team and marketing team for a cohesive approach to achieve shared objectives.
  • Contribute to creative briefs with a Search-first perspective.
