Depop is seeking a UK-based Engineering Manager to lead one of our two Payments squads. You’ll navigate payments across wallet balances, re-spend, withdrawals, refunds, seller onboarding, and tax capture, ensuring compliance across markets and making architectural decisions that shape our payment flows.

As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of 3–7 engineers (BE and iOS), guide product, collaborate with marketing, ops, analytics, and engineering, and drive a culture of high performance.
