Depop Limited is seeking an Engineering Manager for Payments in the UK to lead one of our payments squads responsible for wallet balances, re-spend, withdrawals, refunds, seller onboarding, and tax capture.
You will mentor 3–7 engineers (Backend and iOS), foster growth through regular feedback, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Ops, Analytics, and Engineering to set priorities, track impact, and ensure cross‑functional alignment, diversity, and team health.
