We’re looking for an experienced Integration Programme Manager to join us on a one year fixed term basis. You’ll report into the Integration Lead (Senior Director of Internal Operations), providing day‑to‑day leadership of the broader integration programme, working closely with a team of programme managers and functional leaders from across companies. This is a high‑ownership role operating in a complex, fast‑moving environment, where success depends on your ability to create clarity, align teams, and drive outcomes without a defined playbook. The quality of execution here will directly impact our ability to realise the benefits of integration without slowing down how we build, experiment, and grow.
Responsibilities
- Integration planning and execution
- Partner with key stakeholders to shape and drive key activities for Day 1 readiness (deal close expected Q3 2026)
- Take ownership of integration outcomes – ensuring decisions are made, trade‑offs are clear, and quick progress is made
- Amplify Depop’s growth trajectory through progressing high impact value creation opportunities, alongside Depop’s in‑house Strategy team
- Identify and prioritise key internal user/business needs and constraints, ensure these are clearly understood across companies and delivered effectively through sequencing, clear milestones, and success measures
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership of the overarching, cross‑company integration programme, collaborating seamlessly with other integration leads, programme managers and functional leaders to sequence work effectively and build clear lines of communication across teams and companies
- Anticipate and surface risks and dependencies early, driving their mitigation to minimise disruption and rework
- Take a user‑centric approach, ensuring the wider programme is set‑up for success with the most appropriate reporting cadences, touchpoints, tools and approaches
- Craft and share high‑quality communications that succinctly deliver key messages to broad audiences including senior executives
- Support leadership in aligning priorities and making trade‑offs across organisations to maintain clarity and focus
- Apply your in‑depth knowledge of large, complex integrations to facilitate, coach and share learnings which empower teams to iteratively improve their ways of working and deliver more effectively
- Contribute to the Internal Ops Community of Practice where we share insights, reflections, approaches, and learnings
Requirements
- Significant experience leading M&A integrations with a proven track record in leading complex programmes or multi‑workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment and resolving dependencies and conflicts swiftly and amicably
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills, which you use to ensure visibility and collaboration across businesses as well as technical and functional boundaries
- Exceptional communication skills, and ability to tailor your message to suit your audience’s needs, using empathy and active listening to read situations quickly
- Adept at driving accountability, and strong command skills – not afraid to take challenging stances with internal & external stakeholders
- User and business value‑driven, with hands‑on experience collaboratively scoping, kicking off and delivering integration programmes, articulating what success looks like, why it looks like that and how to measure it
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and able to identify, surface and resolve risks and uncertainty, and operate in situations where there is no playbook, defining the right approach as you go
- Highly organised, proactive, problem‑solving and able to optimise programme systems and processes
- Approachable with advanced skills in facilitation, coaching and mediation – natural talent for working with others and creating the space for strategic and timely decision‑making
- Growth mindset and actively seek and give feedback as well as ways to share learnings with peers
- Innovative thinker, with instinct for spotting opportunities and synergies
Nice to have
- Experience working with high‑growth, fast‑paced, customer‑centric tech scale‑ups
- High technical and product literacy, able to keep up with technical discussions in support of the overall project outcomes
Success looks like
- The integration lands smoothly within Depop, with our teams feeling equipped to manage the change
- You quickly bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous problems
- Depop’s key needs are clearly represented in ongoing integration planning and in the outcomes delivered
- Risks and dependencies are identified early and actively managed
- Cross‑functional, cross‑company teams are able to collaboratively deliver on clear integration goals
- The programme moves at pace without introducing unnecessary process or overhead
How we work
- Move quickly and prioritise action over process
- Operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Work cross‑functionally – success depends on strong relationships, not just strong plans
Benefits
- Health + Mental Wellbeing – PMI and cash plan healthcare access with Bupa; subsidised counselling and coaching with Self Space
- Cycle to Work scheme with options from Evans or the Green Commute Initiative
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for 24/7 confidential support
- Mental Health First Aiders across the business for support and signposting
- Work/Life Balance: 25 days annual leave with option to carry over up to 5 days; 1 company‑wide day off per quarter
- Flexible Working: MyMode hybrid‑working model with Flex, Office‑Based, and Remote options (role‑dependent)
- All offices are dog‑friendly
- Ability to work abroad for 4 weeks per year in UK tax treaty countries
- Family Life: 18 weeks of paid parental leave for full‑time regular employees; IVF leave, shared parental leave, and paid emergency parent/carer leave
- Learn + Grow: Development discussions to support continuous learning and professional growth; upskilling with company‑wide training workshops, materials and resources
- Life Insurance (financial compensation of 3x your salary)
