We are looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join the team delivering one of the UK's most prestigious aviation infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead the electrical construction delivery of the £150 million M&E installation, commissioning and systems integration for a state-of-the-art baggage handling system at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2. This flagship programme will enhance one of the world's busiest airports, delivering cutting-edge technology and critical infrastructure that will serve millions of passengers each year.

As Senior Electrical Construction Manager, you will take ownership of the electrical construction works from installation through commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project directors, engineers, subcontractors and the client team, you will play a pivotal role in driving programme performance and successful project delivery.
- Lead all electrical construction activities across the project.
- Manage subcontractors, supervisors and site teams.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning and systems integration activities.
- Drive quality assurance and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and mitigate construction risks and technical issues.
- Build strong working relationships with the client, consultants and project partners.
- Champion best practice in health, safety and environmental performance.
You'll be a proven construction leader with experience delivering large-scale electrical or MEP projects within highly regulated or mission-critical environments such as:
- Airports
- Data centres
- Rail
- Industrial or manufacturing facilities
Extensive experience managing electrical construction on major projects.
Strong knowledge of installation, commissioning and electrical systems integration for LV / building services projects.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial and programme awareness.
Commitment to delivering the highest standards of safety and quality.
HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
SMSTS.
ECS/CSCS Card.
Full UK driving licence.
