Civil engineering organisation, in existence over 70 years, with a place on major infrastructure frameworks, requires a Sub Agent / Site Agent for a highways project in Sussex.
The Sub Agent / Site Agent will be responsible for managing civils works for highways and structures.
- Manage site staff and sub-contractors
- Prepare and monitor work programmes
- Put together risk assessments, method statements (RAMS) and project management plans
- Monitor costs, ensuring adherence with budget
- Manage coordination of design
- Assess performance of sub-contractors
- Liaise with local groups and organisations as necessary
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sub Agent or Site Agent within the civils sector, covering highways, structures and earthworks
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Driving licence
