My client, a Network Rail principle contractor, is currently on the lookout for a Workforce/Operations Manager to support the team in Glasgow working on large scale rail projects.
The role is open on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Rostering staff, as well as observing workers’ performance
- Managing resource including when to place workers on training and on leave
- Conducting Performance Development Reviews on the team
- Acting as a mentor to the junior members as well as upskilling via courses
Requirements:
- Previous experience in rostering and the supervision of staff
- Experience in conducting PDRs
- Technical experience in OLE is desirable
