About the Role

Deploy is currently working with a market-leading client within the facades space who is seeking some experienced, technically sharp facade site managers to support their extensive portfolio of works in the South, overseeing the full delivery of exterior building facades for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

The client has grown significantly over the last 12 months and is seeking to expand its site management teams in the South to support the delivery of a wide range of new and exciting projects.

As a facades site manager, you will be responsible for managing site teams of trades and labour on large, fast-moving projects. Ensuring all site activity, specifically for the facades and cladding, is running to programme and plan. You will ensure all external envelope works meet strict quality standards, fire safety regulations, program schedules, and thermal performance targets.

Additional experience with intrusive surveys and fully wrapped scaffold systems is beneficial.

This role will cover a range of façade types, including glazing, rainscreen cladding, render, steel framing (SFS), and louvres. So a strong background in delivering façade projects is essential.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of dedicated experience managing façade projects on commercial, high-rise, or large-scale developments
  • Management of the installation of cladding systems with respect of HSE, quality, programme, and resources.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills
  • SMSTS & CSCS card as a minimum
  • Manual handling, working at heights and Asbestos awareness training
  • Have a real passion for the role and want to deliver an exceptional service

These are full-time/ongoing positions. We will consider applicants for contract or permanent positions. Work is Monday to Friday 07:30 am - 17:30, with occasional weekend overtime
