On the lookout for an experienced Site/Sub Agent within Rail Civils working for a leading Rail contractor who are currently going through an exciting period of growth.
The role is available only on a Permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the contract is delivered on time and on budget
- Liaising with site staff and managing surveyor to ensure tender allowances are not exceeded
- Monitoring of contract progress to ensure contract objectives are me
- Providing updates of formal reports on contract progress to the Contracts Manager
Requirements:
- PTS
- SMSTS
- Previous experience working on Rail Civils projects
