Depaul is seeking an Outreach Case Worker to join our Housing First team in Derry/Londonderry.

This part-time role (27 hours per week) offers a supportive environment in a cross-border charity dedicated to ending homelessness.

You will engage with service users, develop individualised support plans, and signpost to housing, health and wellbeing services while promoting service user participation and rights.
