Depaul UK is seeking a part-time Family Support & Mediation Worker to prevent youth homelessness by supporting young people and families in crisis. You will deliver mediation, perform assessments and develop person-centred support plans across multiple locations.
In this role, you will manage a small caseload, work with schools and Depaul services, and build partnerships with authorities to strengthen referrals. Travel across London regions may be required.
