- Creating and reviewing SMART support plans with residents
- Completing risk and needs assessments
- Supporting young people to access education, training, employment and volunteering
- Promoting physical health, emotional wellbeing and independent living skills
- Helping new residents settle safely into the service
- Responding appropriately to incidents and safeguarding concerns

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Support Worker to help young people experiencing homelessness build safer, more independent futures.
You may already have experience within supported housing, homelessness, social care, youth work or another support environment. More importantly, you will bring empathy, resilience and a genuine belief in the strengths and potential of young people.
You will be able to communicate clearly, maintain appropriate professional boundaries and remain calm when faced with challenging situations. You will also be organised, proactive and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
