About the Role
Bank Workers Β£14.91 per hour
Looking for flexible work that genuinely changes lives? At Depaul UK, every shift is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and motivated Bank Workers to join our frontline teams across North London and South London, providing vital support to people facing homelessness, crisis, and complex life challenges. Whether you're an experienced support worker, looking to broaden your frontline experience, or seeking flexible work that fits around your lifestyle, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation that believes everyone deserves a place to call home and a chance to fulfil their potential. No two shifts are ever the same. As a Bank Worker, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of services, supporting people with different needs and circumstances, including:
- Homelessness and housing insecurity
- Substance misuse and recovery needs
- Mental health and emotional wellbeing challenges
- Unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people
- Young people leaving care
- Individuals with multiple and complex support needs
In this rewarding role, you'll build trusted relationships, provide practical and emotional support, promote independence, contribute to safe and supportive environments, and help individuals take positive steps towards their goals. You'll work alongside dedicated colleagues and partner organisations, helping people overcome barriers and move forward with confidence.
We are recruiting multiple Bank Workers across our North London and South London services.
Safer Recruitment
Depaul UK is committed to fair and inclusive recruitment, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. If a role requires it under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975, we will carry out the appropriate Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check. We only look at information that is relevant to the role, and a criminal record will never be treated as an automatic barrier to employment. All DBS information is handled sensitively, confidentially and in line with the DBS Code of Practice, and we encourage applicants to discuss any concerns with us openly.
