Salary: £26,337 45 roles available in Isle of Wight. Apply before 11:55pm on 30th December 2024. We’re recruiting into our Counter Fraud, Compliance and Debt team in DWP. We’re looking for people who are good communicators, and who like helping people. You’ll be supporting a customer base of more than 20 million people who access a range of DWP support, services and benefits You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a high standard of service by telephone and via correspondence. You will be at the heart of our front-line operations, helping our customers by providing a high quality, empathetic service. As part of a supportive team, you’ll be listening to customers and giving them advice. You’ll give explanations, guidance and reassurance to customers through any changes in their circumstances, and do the administrative work related to these changes.
